Adaptation of training plan full century

The training plan for full Centuries requires 6 days of training at the intermediate level. There is no novice level. I was wondering how I can best reduce the number of training sessions to 5 days a week. What would be the best sessions to skip?

Welcome to the forum! Are you going to adding strength to your plan?

@Coach.Spencer.R Yes, I do strength training 4 days a week (2x upper body/2xlower body).

Cool, You could apply the plan with the indoor/outdoor option with strength. Then if you wanted to keep 5 days/week just cut out the recovery spin.
