Is it possible to begin multisport cycling after have do a 4DP test ? I’d like to use my previous test (10/18/21) to the plan.

10/18/21 to is so recent, I don’t think you’d have to do it again.
At the bottom of the description of FF they recommend redoing it every 8-12 weeks.
