Bolt V2 charge drops extremely quickly and in bigger incremets

Hi,

during the last days i noticed the charge of my V2 drops extremely quickly or behaves weirdly. As one example (i did a few other rides like this with similar results): It went from 100% to 37% in about 1h of night riding at slightly below freezing point (-2°C to -4°C / 24-28°F) and without any other sensors connected. After getting back in the warm it got back to 73% without charging it - yes thats “better” but still: losing at least 27% in just 1h? Anyone else experiencing this? Since i noticed this behaviour the temperatures never went much higher outside so i couldn’t test if its the same then, but according to the technical specs the bolt should be able to handle temps around 0°C ._.

Also noticed during the rides: the charge doesn’t decrease smooth in 1% steps, instead it decreases mostly in steps between 7 to 10%, sometimes in normal 1% steps, but mostly in bigger increments.

The Bold is just around 2 years old, never had a deep discharge and im using it around 200hours per year (ride time, maybe a bit more including pauses, sync with phone …).

I’ve started noticing the exact thing about a week ago. Saw my battery drop from 100% to 50% in about 30 minutes in around freezing temps. Went back indoors and the battery sat at 62% for an entire 2 hour ride. Then yesterday the battery went jumped from 62 → 30%.

I charged the battery to full last night and it’s dropped immediately from 100% to 94% in under a minute
