I’ve got the above workout on my plan for today, I did 9H last night as part of my plan and had to wait until 8PM to let my dinner go down so it didn’t end up in the SUFbucket. The weather is great at the moment and its light until 11pm so evening outdoor rides are my preference. I was wondering whether I could replace this ride with a 1.5-2hr Z2 ride which would have a similar TSS because then I’d be able to start my ride right after dinner instead of waiting for 2hrs to see it appear again during the threshold efforts?
If it were me, I would do the outdoor ride. Even if it’s not perfectly similar it’s more fun.
