# Didnt record it

Hi. İ did my Bike ride. He didnt record it,WhatsApp should ı do.  
Sync pending.problem

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I’m not sure I fully understand.

Try this: connect the Bolt to a computer with a cable. Find the file manually.

Alternatively: shut down and restart the Bolt. Go to ‘routes’ and press ‘synch’

Still not working: contact Wahoo.
