IMHO, the licensing issue isn’t _the_ issue though, Sir. I don’t mind them replacing the cycling content with newer or different cycling content. I’d even be okay with them replacing some of it with old classic cycling content that may even be in the public domain. What I can’t understand is why, in Power Station in particular, you’d have footage from an event called the Tour of the Alps that would have plenty of climbing content yet the stuff that they use has them mainly on the flats or descending during our main efforts. Makes no sense whatsoever. It’s maddening. And the de-SUFing is even more baffling. What IS the end goal here? ---

I wish I knew if the person making these changes is new to the software, or perhaps not a cyclist thus not recognizing the difference between coasting and hammering, or just doesn’t give a \*\*\*\*. ---

My biggest complaint in this entire scenario is that Wahoo is refusing to have any kind of conversation with us as their paying customers about what they are doing or why. There doesn’t seem to be logic or consistency in what they’re doing to the Sufferfest videos. And all our questions are met with a wall of silence. When users email customer service they are receiving replies with only vague generalities and corporate speak. So there may be some logic or specific business decisions buried in this somewhere. But us as customers are being left in the dark. And the simple explanation of “licensing issues” by itself just doesn’t hold water or go any place close to explaining what’s happening and the decisions and actions that have been made. It would go a long way to us accepting whatever is happening if it was just laid out in plain language for us to understand, even if we don’t agree with it. ---

I’d bank on the licensing issues being the cycling footage whereas the removal of the SUF elements being a design choice that we can only hope they do a U-turn on. ---

I can’t bring myself to go back and find the video, but one of the remasters uses the phrase ‘this one’s a doozy’ - that broke the relationship between me and SUF. We’ve gone from poetry to this? ---

Just to say I haven’t even bothered with the remastered vids apart from Do As Your Told and Rue The Day, all the others I can find on YouTube and try as best as possible to run them in sync or as close to the workout as possible, Limesicle yes, Ready For Battle yes, Coryn Rivera yes it might not be the bestt thing in the world but its still better than what’s on offer now ---

Feedback on Power Station proper grinding vids please maybe some good old Belgian Cobble climbs which are a right pain to get up ie the Koppenberg and Mur De Huy to name but 2 ---

I did indeed I think we should all have to endure going up the Koppenberg and Mur De Huy even better if they use the footage of 2024 when it rained and was bloody miserable ---

I just downloaded power station onto my android phone to play along with the version on my iPad which is the original. My iPad controlled the kickr and my phone just played the video. The android version was the same as the old one. Did they replace the edited one with the old one? I swear I saw the edited version on Android weeks ago and noted that all the awesome climbing was replaced with lame downhill clips. ---
