Follow training plan or body form condition?

Based on trainingpeak, my body form is -21 and suggested to extra rest today (Wednesday, 29 Sept) after finished GCN Endurance, it was awesome workout btw!

However I am currently following All-purpose road and still has lot of schedule from Thursday to Sunday (also strength) and then whole recovery next week.

Should I continue follow the workout? I feel my body can still suffers follow the SYSTM :wink:

For other information, I did Audax 200KM last Saturday 18 Sept.

Always listen to your body. The suggestions on TrainingPeaks are just that, suggestions. If you still feel good and are ready to rock 'n roll, then proceed as planned.
