Is there a free trial at the moment? I have been riding with a pal this last few days and he is slow. He has been using the orange platform for training across the winter but not enough it seems as he is slower than previously. He needs motivation, enterpainment and a proper plan.
Normally I enjoy looking back on the vanquished but we are meant to be riding a 210 miles one day event in the summer and I don’t think he will be ready.
There should be a free 2 week trial for all new users.
There’s a 200 mile gravel grinder plan that might help him out training wise.
