I was just looking at adding the Hilly Gran fondo plan to my calendar. If you do so and then bring up the plan description from the calendar it says:
The highlighted part surprised me. Am I missing something?!

You should always do FF before starting a training plan. This appears to be a Couchlandrian trick.
