# How control which SYSTM workouts uploaded to Strava?

I’m starting doing beginner yoga, etc., and I don’t need SYSTM to upload those workouts to Strava. I only want cycling workouts to upload.

I read on this forum that you can go to settings and go the Partner Integrations. But all you can do there, on the website or the app, is turn on or off uploading all of the things. I’m not going to go in and do that all of the time. I just want to set SYSTM to only upload cycling workouts.

How do I do this? Thanks

You can stop an actively uploading to Strava in the window that pops up as you finish a workout. Before clicking save, deselect the Strava icon at the bottom.

There is no global setting for this yet so you have to catch it before hitting save
