# Kickr Bike Shift DOA / No stats or resistance

I’m at a loss on what to do here. I got a brand new Bike Shift delivered and set up. It connects on Wahoo and SYSTM apps no problem. But when I start a workout, absolutely no stats are coming across and there is no change in resistance. It’s like the app ‘sees’ the bike but that is it. The bike doesn’t receive directions or transmit any info to any app. I have tried:

- Simulating strava routes in SYSTM
- Creating my own workout from intervals and running it in Wahoo
- just starting a workout and changing the target resistance
- starting workouts from the SYSTM library

It sounds like this thread, which is extremely disheartening since it means I’ll probably spend several more weeks waiting for a new bike then several hours breaking down/setting up. Similar to that thread, the data sources for each metric on the workout screen have the bike selected. If anyone has ideas to troubleshoot let me know. I’ll be contacting support in the mean time and will update.

I found this thread that solved it. Solution: Wiggle cable. Continue until it works.
