What pictures did you show to prove the install fails?

When I contacted support they just told me that it is supposed to lean to the side when a rider is not sat on it.

I returned mine today … Battled with this for a few months, but I can’t handle this anymore. I’ll just get the Garmin.

I loved mine except that weird learning issue and feeling unbalanced … just to be clear you got exact kicker move and the new one has no balance issues? I was wondering if it’s a design floor or just a bad badge

Mine leaned left. So I over-leveled it to the right.

I haven’t thought about it in forever. Have taken my bike on and off a few times. Even have moved the Kickr a couple times to clean, and then put it back intentionally in a slightly different spot,

Either I’ve fixed it with the over-leveling or it balanced itself out or I’ve gotten used to it, but I just haven’t noticed it anymore. Doesn’t feel different riding inside or out.
