Hello fellow Sufferlandrians!
I’m planning a KoS attempt on April 2.
But I’m also planning on doing a sprint duathlon on May 2.
What should I expect in terms of recovery needed after KoS?
I ask because I’m putting my training together for the next few months and I want to make sure I leave myself enough recovery time, but also don’t lose out on much training time for the duathlon. And I fully expect to be flexible and change up days as needed… can’t predict the future!
