Sounds like one of my rides down Mount Lemmon. Got blown sideways a couple of feet. Wasn’t anywhere near pleasant.

There was a place I used to ride where, depending on the trade winds, you could have a sideways wind for a mile to two. Not the most pleasant experience.

That was me. I did a short ride a bit later in the day around Summerlin and got pushed around a good bit. I did a longish ride the day after…it was awesome to be outside and not have 45 degF and rain!

I was hoping you would jump on the knight ride this morning so I could see what happened. Sorry you didn’t get to ride the event. Glad you still got some riding in. It’s been windy almost constantly the past couple weeks.

I heard they are automatically transferring everyone to next year. Have they told you what they’re going to do and all it entails?

Sorry I couldn’t make the ride! They did transfer the entry to next year so that’s pretty nice. We did have a great time anyway so making us come back next year isn’t so bad 🙂
