# Loading Garmin Connect workouts into SYSTM

Hi, is it possible to do this? I’ve set up the link between Garmin and SYSTM but there is no transfer of workouts. Thanks.

SYSTM can only play SYSTM workouts. But your Garmin can take your SYSTM workouts, there’s a desktop add on thing where you can download them and import to your Garmin. I’ve done this when travelling and using my Garmin to control a gym bike that had contrallable resistance, and also to take my workouts outdoors. Have posted how in the other thread you started
