Yoga - Lower Back Recovery description has been swapped or mistyped. The description and list of poses is completely wrong.
Thanks, this has been updated:
This routine is designed to relieve pain and release tension in the lower back. These poses open up the hips, stretch the hamstrings, and strengthen the core. We finish with a diaphragmatic breathing exercise to relax the body and let go of tension around areas of pain.
Poses in this session:
- Wind relieving pose
- Half happy baby pose
- Dead pigeon pose
- Windscreen wiper pose
- Reclining hand-to-big-toe pose
- Reclining spinal twist
Thank you, Sir @Rupert!
In the Pain Shake workout, most of the time during the MAP sections when the cadence drops to 85 rpm, we are told to stand, and then when it goes up we get to sit again.
Except in the 8th MAP segment, when we have to stand roughly 70 seconds in when the cadence is still 100 rpm. It later goes down to 85, but we get to sit shortly after that point (roughly 80 seconds in). I think the standing and the 85 rpm should be synced here.
Thanks, I think I know the one you mean and have made the adjustment.
@Rupert Putting this on your radar.
@Fantom were you riding a downloaded version of Team Scream or a streamed version? I have checked and everywhere I can think the name was reverted back to Team Scream.
I would recommend checking for updated versions of the app or deleting and re-downloading it.
PS: I will add updating the text in the chores, it’s a fun addition ![]()
Yes, the Team Scream I was riding must have been downloaded during the ToS.
I don’t remember the app (PC) offering me a new version when I opened it on Monday. I will check later when I do today’s tasks.
From the New Sir Mike Cotty DTL Experience ride:
In the ride summary the 5 minutes of suffering at around FTP is missing. This is the hardest bit! (Aside from the other hard bits).
The “Training” info text boxes appear after Sir Mike has finished talking, but are identical to what he’s just said - word for word. Could they appear when he starts talking, or be a summary?
At around 40:30 the OSD reads “45 Minutes Complete!”.
Prehaps place this at the end or change to “40 minutes complete!” - for accuracy, and loose the misplaced upper case ![]()
Thank you!
