I need to improve vo2. I do thé map 6*2 but if i keep the range power my FC is below the objectif my question whats more important to maintain FC or power thanks

Does FC mean heart rate?
Maintain power. Mostly ignore heart rate (FC). If the workouts seem too easy, you might want to retake the Full Frontal test and make sure you are really going all out (for the relevant times) on each of the 4 efforts.

Yes, power is a more reliable metric to use compared to heart rate. Especially if you do the MAP big gear workouts, as your HR may not increase to the prescribed zone when riding at very low cadence.
