Just did my 1st pro ride- hammer chase 1… awesomeness!!! I liked Norway & team scream in Sufferfest, but this takes it to another level! So good- loved the race overview section at the beginning- really helped set the stage/ explain things and helpful cycling knowledge/ learning for people like me who are still newer to cycling. Kept me entertained and suffering the whole way through (had to hit pause a few times w my recent higher 4DP #s). Was v cool when they flashed up the pros numbers on the screen - to see how strong they really are! If you haven’t tried a pro ride yet, definitely recommend it. Thx for this cool new content! Was perfect for a rainy day. ---

This is my biggest problem with SYSTM… Too much new content I want to try, but I’ve committed to a couple of back-to-back training plans to run into the Christmas break. The urge to either break plan or over-train just to see some of the new content is STRONG! ---

@Jon Yeah - agreed. Well the new calendar does allow you to delete and replace some workouts in your plan if you can find similar rides among the new content. I am sort of done for the season with my last major race out of the way. After a Full Frontal I will be on a mission to check out as much of the new content as possible and of course earn some badges. ---

I now have an image of the app tellming me to get off my bike and stick my Kickr on m shoulder so I can run up a CX hill… Seriously though, that would be great. I dont MTB or CX irl but they can only add for greater potential for the app and choice of videos. ---
