Here is a quick breakdown of the current teams.
Most teams do 1mins turns on the front, but this can be changed to suit the riders. If you have any preferences on squads, this can be accomodated.
Sharks, 400w+ on the front - Normally ride Thursday evening
Dingos, 375w+ on the front - Normally ride Thursday evening
Magpies, 350+ New Squad (tends to be highly variable) - Normally ride Thursday evening
Quokkas, ±375w (variable) on the front, WA based team, normally ride Wednesday evening
Wombats, ±300w on the front, normally ride Thursday evening
Koalas, upto 200-250w on the front, normally ride Thursday evening.
If riders are struggling with the pace, its perfectable acceptable to skip turns and hang on.
