RGT settings for a recovery ride

Can anyone tell me some appropriate settings for a RGT ride intended as a recovery ride? How do I keep the bots from all taking off and leaving me to ride without anyone else on screen? TIA

Manually set up their FTP to be around your recovery watts. I think you csn choose a range. Got for 60-150 maybe?

I will try it in a few days and let you know how it goes. Still finishing up the 2017 ToS in my quest to get through all of them in order.
