Sprints + Fork Locked or Unlocked?

Hi, curious what others do in workouts such as Standing Starts, Violator, The Shovel, The Trick, Full Frontal. Do you lock your fork or not?

I do thinking I’ll get better benefit and power transfer.

Pretty much for everything else I don’t lock my fork to practice controlling bob when standing.

Indoors = fork locked
Outdoors = fork unlocked

Even though I’m training to be stronger outside I just don’t like being on a stationary bike with a fork moving so I don’t. Nothing more scientific than that for me …
