Standing Starts

So I had my best ever Standing Starts workout today. It’s hard to hold on for those last 10 seconds or so but I believe this is one of those workouts that will truly help build that “raw power”. With that being said, could one of the coaches chime in and tell me how often I should be doing it. Once a week? Twice a week? Thanks.

what workout is this? Standing starts into MAP?

my guess is that the coaches’ answers will be along the lines of, there’s no one right answer to that question :slight_smile:
