Just watched The Last Rider as part of my wahoo tour training plan. What. A. Film. Best thing I’ve watched in ages, wonderful, brought goosebumps and tears.
Highly recommended.
Right, am off to shop for retro cycling jerseys…

Definitely. An amazing story, well told with lots of great archive footage. Hearing the Sherwin / Liggett commentry on anything brings back great memories of when I first got into watching cycling on TV.

I got all teary twice, admittedly I’m a little susceptible to emotion these days, but I had no idea about LeMond other than the fact he was shot and came back. What. A. Story.

I was enjoying this one but found the subtitles for the parts in French were behind the ride data along the bottom so I couldn’t see it. Any idea on a way around this?

The subtitles are embedded in the video. So the only way to see them is in the settings in the player to change the video size so it sits above the ride numbers instead of behind them, or to remove the ride data from the display.
