Inspirational indeed. Made me cry a couple of times. The workout ended before I had realized it started. If you watch the entire story, he almost died. Where he is shows what the body and mind can do.

Indeed. Sometimes miracles do happen but that guy positive thinking and will power is his miracle.

I had put this one on the back burner for a long time as I figured a 90 min ‘inspiration’ ride would be very slow, probably boring and potentially depressing. How wrong i was!  
I was wrong on all fronts: it’s got decent flow, it’s interesting to see the recovery process and the positivity oozes off the screen.  
Must say, the honesty of Stig’s dad had me well up at one point.
