Smeaton Way is a 1.8km street circuit and regularly used by Peel District Cycling club (PDCC) Friends of Peel District Cycling Club for their criterium racing. This course is fast and furious … no time to check out the car yards so strap yourself in! If you can hang on and are in the mix near the last corner, you are in with a chance … but don’t jump too soon as the curve to the finish is deceptively long.

Race 2 - Serpentine is a small settlement that boasts a pub, golf course and equestrian facilities. This 8.8 km loop is used by Peel District for its well patronised road racing events. There are a number of false flats and some lumps that can fatigue the legs particularly toward the business end. These last laps will be good opportunities to challenge your opponents otherwise, it will be a fast run and sprint into the finish line.
