Trackr Speed sensor...does the mount for this fit through-axle wheels?

What the subject says. The sensor formerly known as “Speed” had a mount that can be fastened onto a through-axle hub…but it takes a helluva struggle, and I’ve had the thin bits of the rubber break rather than submit. The new Trackr Speed says it fits hubs up to 40mm in diameter. Well, so did the older one…it just fit very poorly.

Are the mounts for the new Trackr Speed improved in this regard? Either slightly longer stretchy band, or at least, stretchier?

I’ve gotten it on a Shimano through axle front hub no problem.

OK, that’s good info. I have working v1 speed sensors on both bikes, but had to steal one off the bike on the trainer after the last battery replacement…and have a v1 speed sensor with a busted mount. I’d rather move on to something less cussed if possible, rather than replacing the mount for a v1 and having a fight on my hands every year or so.

The only thing I had a problem getting it on was my bike with a SON dynamo on the front and an Alfine 11 IGH on the back.
