Sorry to bother on this. I have been looking around to find guidance with no luck.
I am doing a workout from TrainingPeaks on my kickr in the wahoo app. The app appears to put me right in the middle of the training zone in target power mode. I want to be able to adjust my power up and down within the zone whilst doing the interval. Using the control panel does not work for me so I have to change to resistance mode.

Any help or links to help would be good,

Thanks
