My Wattbike is getting a little old. Should I consider a Kickr?
What are the differences, pros and cons

Isn’t the Wattbike an actual bike? Unless you’re looking at getting the Kickr Bike, then the difference is significant as you’ll need to mount your bike. If you’re looking at the Kickr Bike, then, if it were me and I were spending that kind of money, I’d get the v2 over the Shift as the up/down climb motion thing for me now is an absolute must. Currently using a Kickr '18 and a Kickr Climb. Would never go back to flat riding.

Maybe it’s the nature of text based communications but I’m really not sure what you’re saying.
Do you _not_ want to have your trainer setup where it is now? Were you being sarcastic? Are you looking for a trainer that is also a bike (like the Wattbike)?

Okay, so if you dont want to have a bicycle upstairs and in your bedroom, all the Kickr trainers, except the Kickr Bikes are out. If you’re not fussy about the up/down motion provided by the v2, you could get the Kickr Bike Shift for about $3700 CAD (plus tax)
However, consider this, for less than the cost of a Kickr Bike, I have an “older” dedicated indoor bicycle that I got brand new for about $1000 CAD and it runs an 11 speed mechanical Shimano 105 groupset. If I paired that with a Kickr Climb and a Kickr Core for an extra $2200 CAD (including tax), my total outlay would be $3200 CAD vs $5900 CAD for the Kickr Bike v2. You could do something similar.
