Windows app move to UWP

Move the Sufferfest application from a Win32 application to a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app. This would give a few advantages: automatic background updating from the Windows Store, the app would open on the screen I left it on instead on always opening on the primary screen, the app would open in full screen, better power management (useful when using laptop in garden) and better security. Currently the following apps are UWP:

Tacx = UWP
FulGaz = UWP
RGT = UWP
(Yes, I know Zift is Win32)
