Have my fall test week this week, to get those awful, fresh numbers, then launching into a winter program (which will take me to mid-February…gads!)
In honor of the new CX bike, I’m excited to try out the (new?) 12 week CX program - has outdoor CX rides, skill drills, and running. Lots of potential suffering fun…
Plugging in strength training leads me to a question, though: looking for upper-body focus. I see MultiSport, which emphasized “upper and full body strength”, but the Off-Road Cycling plan touts “overall strength, stability, and focus on upper body strength”.
So any thoughts on which plan is MOST “focused” on upper body?
