I’m a 64 year old guy with 25 years Military Service (Army).

I Was diagnosed later on in life with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, (PTSD) and Major Depression.

Through out the years I was confined to my home for long periods of time.
I took up cycling 6 years ago mainly recreational.
I’m also a member of a local road cycling club (Ayr Roads CC).

This year I’ve done very little cycling due to suffering from Covid 19 in March of this year and on top of that, I now have issues with both my femurs I should get results from the MRI Scan in Feb 2021

Looking forward to suffering and thats why I’ve opted for Sufferfest a different type of pain.
