Hi, Mike Kelly, 75 and live in Ireland. I returned to cycling last year but, as usual, without any science-based training in mind. Wahoo has changed that and having gone through the pain of HM and 4DP I should have stayed old school. Only kidding.
It’s a little confusing at the minute and there’s lots to learn and apply but hopefully it’ll all make sense in time.
