I am an Englishman, but have been living in southern Spain since 2015, which has made a real change to the way I train, which has meant SYSTM has been invaluable for the Summer, as opposed to the winter in the UK lol. I am loving the immersiveness of SYSTM, which is were I am spending the majority of my training these days… Viva La Tour (ToS).
I aspire to become a Knight once I have put in enough suffering that is and in the interim to do my first ToS!
