Bikes have been a passion since I learned to ride at five years old. Got away from them for far to long. Got into road cycling about 15 years ago and have been addicted ever since. Two road bikes on hand and looking for the third. Managed to get one of my three kids into it - he even works at the local bike shop.

I ride up to 10,000 Km per year. Training with The Sufferfest since they were sending videos zipped on CDs. Have used the stock training plans as well as three custom plans over the last year. Fantastic experience! I highly recommend.
