I am 72 years old. A Football (soccer) coach at senior and Semi Professional level. Completed 10 Ironman Distance races, 2001 - 2011. Nine with the Ironman brand and 1 with the Challenge group (Roth 2011).
I use the bike now only indoors and train about 4 times a week for 45 minutes approximately. I really enjoyed Sufferfest and I am loving the new SYSTM. I have recently done a week with… (both Neal and Ian) and really enjoyed that. I also like the GCN sessions.
