Avid cyclist, reluctant runner. Always dabbled on bikes, off road mainly, but after a spinal injury (T12/L1) left me with reduced sensation in my right leg my time on the bike increased as being clipped in means I always know where it is!! Got into road cycling in 2014, RideLondon, Etape du Tour, Maratona dles Dolimites, Dragon Ride, Velothon Wales, and the Smuggler chalked off so far. Hoping to ride la Marmotte Alpes in '21 after the event was postponed last year.
