That is right, Threshold is what I meant when I wrote FTP. Good catch! And good luck on the training plans! It is a good bit of training, but based on what you said are your strengths and weaknesses, I think this is a good progression for you. Remember, do your Wahoo SYSTM Strength

@WahooCoach_Corey and @Hawk not gonna lie, I went through a Tempo block and doing Threshold now, and I felt like the Tempo block was more FTP-ish, while Threshold is kind of kicking me in the MAP.
But then I’m working on new numbers post-TOS from March, and am only slowly clawing my way back to 100% on the hard workouts, so maybe it’s me?
