Chamois creams?

Wow, I haven’t heard of Noxzema since I was a kid! I had no idea it was used by cyclists and certainly not that it still exists. Thanks for the heads up on this one.

As the OP on this thread, I ended up using Chamois Butt’r for a while, and it was fine until it wasn’t. For some reason last spring I developed some sort of sensitivity to it. Perhaps there is some ingredient that wasn’t good for me. I found a small business based in Vermont that sells online called Caroline’s Dream. The chamois cream they sell has been great for me.

You haven’t really lived until you’ve applied a cream down there that causes irritation itself to go along with the regular bike seat irritation before going for a ride! Not Sufferlandrian-style suffering!
