Remember, and I don’t know if @Coach.Andy.T touched on this but at the beginning, Zone 1, maybe low Zone 2 workouts (LTHR 1 Level). As your ability to use fats vice carbs goes up, so does the intensity. Do not ignore some high intensity workouts either to help your body remember to use carbs when appropriate (I did and boy did I pay the price).

Yep, it is very important to do high intensity work with high carbohydrate as that helps increase the glycolytic enzymes which help us to break down carbs better
