When in doubt, email Wahoo support.
The short answer is no it’s not normal. Is the tension pully jumping when it makes the noise? Have you checked if the indexing is aligned properly?
If you haven’t done so already it would be worth fiddling with the barrel adjuster to see if that makes it better, worse or no difference.
Hi John, I fixed the first part and now it’s making this noise when I tighten it all the way. I loosen the bike and it stops. I won’t fall, but I would like to have the bike secured. Am I missing something?
