I did 75%, nearly broke on The Omnium at #7, dropped to 70% for #s 8 & 9, and went back to 75% for #10.
Seven of my stages were under 50 minutes, and all of my stages were 60 minutes or less. I figured my biggest obstacle would be the mental game of dealing with the tedium of a whole day on the trainer, so I was willing to trade intensity for time.
I started at 80 for the first 4. Then dropped to 75. Then for my last 4 I modified them during each workout both up and down. You could also do them all at 100% in level mode and just hit whatever target feels right. It’s up to you as long as you’re doing it in the SUF spirit.
