Pre-ride I had two cups of coffee, a banana, and two packets of instant jalapeño cheddar grits.
During the ride I drank Gatorade. For food I ate some Belvita brand blueberry cookies, Clif gels, another banana, an apple, some fig cookies, a Snickers bar, and 1 1/2 Three Musketeer bars. Also, about halfway through I had half of a ham and cheese sandwich because I wanted something savory. I finished the other half of the sandwich shortly after finishing my last video.
I would love to find some more savory, high carb options. The sweet stuff is good and works well, but I do get tired of it after a while.
