Check out this screenshot, a weird and annoying mix of German and English. How do I set it all to be in English? I can’t see any language settings in the app. And also when logging in on the website.

Is this desktop? If so, how is your desktop language and country set?

This is iPad/iOS, but yeah the iOS system language is set to German. So that would explain it, thanks!
But then it looks like there’s no way to set the app language independently to the OS language. And the wahoo content is very flakily translated, as the screenshot shows.

I believe this is an odd SYSTM bug. I’ve seen it too, and my PC is definitely set to English. I’m not sure why or when it will be fixed (since I’m not a Wahoo employee), but I believe it’s been reported before in the forums. I recommend opening a support ticket directly with Wahoo so they can get it addressed.
