Though there will be one overlap here: I rode Thin Air last time because I most love the “climbing” ones. So there would be 12 left not done. Hmmm.
Nothing like getting ahead of myself!

My first KOS I did what I thought I could do and went pretty short.
My second KOS I tried to go long. And they were all different from my first attempt. And I did 11.
My third KOS were all the remaining videos (at the time) that I hadn’t yet done. And I did 12.
My fourth was a memorial KOS after my dad passed, so I did an exact replica of my first.
My fifth KOS started with Rue the Day which I hadn’t done since it came out after my third. I tired to do 13, but I my fitness wasn’t where I wanted it, so I did 10.
I had a list prepared for this past Nov, but it had to be scrapped. But it was just a list of favorites.
So I like the idea of doing multiple quests and going thru all the eligible videos…. And doing more than 10.
Interestingly enough, if you choose that longest route (which I did) it puts in Defender instead of Thin Air, though Thin Air is three seconds longer than Defender. Easy to swap out
Longest. Day. Of. My. Life. After my KoS Quest/Indoor Century, it took me two weeks to recover enough to be able to put any kind of SUF resistance on the pedals and a full month to fully recover from it. Even Sweet Spot/Zone 3 was challenging during the first week after my Quest. I went for a short, 1 mile walk later in the evening after my quest. I didn’t think I was ever going to back to the house!
I rode Strade Bianche Saturday as prep for watching it this weekend and thought that a Sufferfest spring challenge might be to ride all the spring classic rides. Just doing cobbler and Strade Bianche back to back will take 3.5 hours, so that would be good knighthood prep, perhaps.
I highly recommend Kitchen Sink for prep, just saying. evil laugh included
Well I for one WAS going to have a nice recovery week, then launch into my Spring outdoor endurance build plan, but SOMEONE (cough ZWIFT cough) decided the first week of March was time for…
So yeah. Race #1 completed today on dead legs. They moved me up to (C) this winter. Things got a little… .
Just an update here. Later in March after I posted this, I started an updated medication for one of my chronic conditions, and while it’s having the intended good effect on the condition, I’m still adjusting to some side effects, one of which actually seems to be impacting my fitness a bit. Don’t seem to be able to stay at my previous level for more than 45 minutes to an hour right now. So I’ve decided to rest up for a few days, then ride a Half Monty to reset my FTP and MAP levels. Then I’ll do an All-Purpose plan at those new levels to try to adjust more to the medication. Perhaps I’ll be ready to storm the castle via the longest route in November!
Just giving us more time to prepare our taunts.
