After successfully ‘Defending’ (Sir Dan RIP) I am moved to comment. This forum used to try to maintain a supportive safe environment with a healthy helping of jocularity and plenty of worthwhile advice and encouragement. Of late there seems (in my opinion) to be way to much whining about names and titles etc. Whatever it’s called, this training platform is brilliant and personally I feel so fortunate to have access to the ever expanding resources. The DPF is such a worthwhile cause and should one choose to support it, it matters not what the tour is called. If you want to maintain, or improve your fitness…do it. If you want to continue to ‘suffer’ (I do!!)… carry on. I just hope this platform keeps going
