Thanks for the quick response! I’ll stick with the cycling (and strength, yoga, mental) sessions, but will halve the running intervals and turn the Sunday long run into a walk or easy hike. I’ll always remember my first triathlon coach telling us that races are won during the run, but to limit run training since it’s the discipline that hurts your body.

I understand it takes some time to improve the running content. Can I suggest a small and quick improvement that would help enormously?
Update the workout description (text) with the running intensity as a percentage of (running) critical power. For those of us with stryd we don’t have to manually convert from RPE/RTP to watts.

Would definitely prefer to see support for a percentage of running (critical) power. I train with Stryd for running and don’t use pace or heart rate in my structured workouts.
