Maybe not the right location, but here goes…Did a simple walk today (ok, snowblowing for an hour) and decided to log it using my Rival. Now the activity has said “waiting for sync” for more than 90 minutes and the top of the app says “preparing transfer…”
I know this is an old post, but I had the same problem syncing my Elemnt Roam. I simply re-paired the Elemnt app with my Roam and then did a dummy workout, consisting of 1 minute. This seemed to force the one that was in the “Waiting to sync” status to sync; in my case, uploading it to Komoot.
My Rival can’t upload to Trainingpeaks and can’t upload plan from Trainingpeaks, I upload from Airdrop to laptop and now I have 4 plans on Elemnt App and 2 plans on Elemnt Rival
