That’s a great post, Sir Mac. Very important to understand the signs of fatigue and learn to both cope with it for pushing yourself further but not injure yourself.

I will complete the google form and tracking my recovery post tour as i do with the recovery and strain, during. It will only help me better understand my body and mind for endurance events and that will help better planning and recovery strategies.
