I am a long-time user of Intervals.icu and love the simplicity and believe its assessment of my fitness and fatigue is superior to anything else I have used, TrainerRoad etc.
Intervals.icu is saying I am optimal and SYSTM X says I am overtraining. Has anyone else seen and dealt with this, and if so, how?
I’m also a long term lover of intervals but have come to like the Wahoo metrics too.

Do you have activities that aren’t cycling with power and cadence?
I have to use the post session rating (PSR) to get the DTL on my indoor rowing activities where the DTL is close to TSS.
They also just rolled out running DTL - if you have a lot of running activities the DTL will now be wrong until you update your running 3DP and recalculate your activities.
