Had this sort of experience with my old Tacx Flow trainer. See:
Gave up in the end and bought a Kickr Core which I am very pleased with - it’s night and day compared to the old Flow.
In retrospect I wonder if my issues were caused by the wheel not being perfectly true, but that doesn’t really explain why the punctures were in different locations.
